Wedding Celebrations

Inchmurrin Island is a truly unique setting for a romantic wedding. We will be pleased to discuss your individual requirements to make your wedding day extra special.

We are licensed to hold civil ceremonies either outside in the garden or in our Tartan Room. We can accommodate the wedding ceremony for up to forty guests and the wedding reception for up to 80 guests.

The reception includes the hire of the reception room, changing room for the Bride and Groom, co-ordinating floral arrangements, cake stand and knife, co-ordinated napkins, personalised menus, use of the hotel gardens for photographs and transfer of the Bride and Groom by speedboat.

We are also delighted to arrange the following, a minister or registrar for the ceremony, a photographer, a piper, your wedding cake and favours, transportation of your guests to and from the island.

A reception charge of £350.00 is payable for Saturday weddings, this will be reduced to £100.00 for weekday weddings.

Transport

The island ferry can transport parties up to 25 in number, at a cost of £4.00 per head for the return journey. Larger parties are advised to contact Sweeneys Cruises (01389 752376 ) who operate out of Balloch.

Payment

A deposit of £100.00 is payable on booking. The main part of the account is payable two weeks before the wedding and the remainder settled no later that one month after.

DRINKS PACKAGES

Lennox Package £10.00 per person – 2 glasses of whisky or sherry for the reception and two glasses of Chilean sauvignon blanc or merlot with the meal.

Montrose Package £14.00 per person – 2glasses of Chilean sauvignon blanc or merlot for the reception and a further two glasses with the meal.

Melville Package £15.00 per person – 2 glasses of Australian Peter Lehmann Pinot Noir Chardonnay sparkling wine for the reception and two glasses of Chilian sauvignon blanc or merlot with the meal.

Scott Package £25.00 per person – 2 glasses of Moet et Chandon champagne for the reception and two glasses of Chilian sauvignon blanc or merlot with the meal.

Soft drink alternatives are included in the price. Any further drinks required for toasts will be charged accordingly.
