Lomond Self Catering AccommodationLoch Lomond Self Catering Accommodation on Inchmurrin Island. Accommodation comprises four self-catering units sleeping eight, six, six and four people. All accommodation is rated three star by the tourist board. Electricity, clean linen and towels are included in the tariff.
The Ben is a detached cedar clad cottage with its own private sun deck, garden
and beach. It is located in the shadow of the remains of Lennox Castle, about
10 minutes walk from the bar and restaurant. The cottage sleeps 8 people and
has been completely refurbished. It is comprised of a kitchen with open plan
dining area and lounge, two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, two
twin bedrooms and a bathroom. 
The
kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, washing machine, drier,
fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and fitted units. Heating is provided by a total control electric
heating system with storage heaters in public rooms and electric heaters in
the bedrooms. There is also a coal fire in the lounge for which logs and coal
are stored in a shed in the garden. A charcoal barbecue is also provided along
with free charcoal. A telephone is not provided but mobile phone reception is adequate.
The cottage looks directly on to the Loch with stunning views to the surrounding
hills.
Compact loch side apartment which sleeps 4 people and comprises of lounge/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, twin bedroom, double bedroom with en-suite ( up a steep stair) and shower room. There is a patio overlooking the Loch and a barbecue is provided. Electric heating throughout.

½ weeks are Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights or Monday to Thursday inclusive.
Please note that the bar and restaurant will be closed from the end of September until easter.
Guests can check in from 4pm on the day of arrival and are required to vacate the premises by 10:30am on the day of departure.
All bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. Cots and high chairs are available free of charge on request. Charcoal is available to buy for the barbeques.
There is a free guest laundry facility and a children.s play/games park adjacent to the apartments.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome at a surcharge of £10 per pet to cover extra cleaning. Guests with pets are requested to bring the animals bedding with them. Dogs must be kept under control at all times as we do live on a working farm where cattle and game birds are reared.
Guests who have their own boats can launch and park securely at the Duncan Mills Memorial Slipway in Balloch. Boat registration can also be done here or by post prior to arrival.
Our own ferry operates from Burnfoot in Arden. Scheduled trips are free and any other trips are charged at a cost of £5.00 per head for the return journey, £2.00 for children under 12 years, although arrival and departure journeys are free.
A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to confirm your booking and full payment must be received at least 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. Personal cheques and all major credit cards (except American Express) are accepted.
