Additional Information

– All our properties are non-smoking.
– 25% non-refundable deposit is required on booking, with balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings within 6 weeks of arrival, full payment is required on booking.
– Payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque, credit/debit card.
– Check-in 4pm and departure 10 am
– Bedlinen & towels provided at no extra charge.
– Travel cots and high chairs available for infants.
– Charcoal and logs available to purchase.
– Well-behaved dogs are welcome on Inchmurrin, surcharge of £20 per week per pet.
– Inchmurrin ferry is free on arrival and departure. Other crossings are £5 per head return, £2.50 for under 12’s.

Terms & Conditions

AGREEMENT

The agreement or booking is between Inchmurrin Island co. “IIC” and the lead name “Guest”. The Guest will be responsible for any damage & subsequent replacement/repair caused by the Guest’s group during their rental.

BOOKING/PAYMENT

25% deposit is due on booking.

Balance is due in full, 6 weeks prior to arrival.

If booking is within 6 weeks of arrival, full payment is required on booking.

Payments are accepted in Pounds Sterling, either by bank transfer or by credit/debit card.

CANCELLATION

If cancelled over 6 weeks before arrival date, deposit will be refunded minus £100 per property.

If cancelled 3-6 weeks before arrival date, 50% of monies paid will be refunded per property.

If cancelled 1-3 weeks before arrival date, 25% of monies paid will be refunded per property.

If cancelled up to 7 days before arrival date, no refund will be paid.

If a cancellation is made within 6 weeks of arrival, IIC will re-open the dates for booking. If the full dates are re-booked, the Guest who has cancelled will be re-imbursed their full amount minus £100 per property.

COVID-19 policy 2021 – Should govt. restrictions be introduced which prevent a booking going ahead e.g. if our self-catering properties are not permitted to open or if travel restrictions prevent guests travelling to us,IIC will ransfer monies paid toward future dates (whether forward dates are firmly arranged or still to be arranged) or will refund monies paid minus £50 admin fee per property.

RIGHT TO REFUSE/ALTER BOOKING

IIC may, at it’s discretion, refuse any booking.

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, IIC reserve the right to cancel/alter any booking if necessary e.g. for remedial works. In such circumstances, an alternative in the same or higher price band accommodation will be offered at no additional cost, or lower price band with difference in cost being reimbursed.
